Concise Article Writing - 4 Easy Steps to Better Article Writing

How would you like to be considered an expert in your niche? And, imagine obtaining that honor with little work on your part! Article Writing sounds like a threatening job but it is one of the easiest methods to drive traffic to your website. And, it's free!

By writing articles on a topic about which you are comfortable and knowledgeable will help people solve their problems and will quickly get you ranked highly as an expert in your niche. The readers will come to trust you which makes it much easier to convince them to buy your products or services.

Here are the 4 for concise article writing:

1. Impress your readers. One way to get people as customers is to give them content that satisfies them and solves their problems. But how do I know their problems? Just ask the people on your list about their concerns and solve them. You can do this by giving them clear, concise and up to date content that they can't get anywhere else. Find out their problems and give them the answers to solve them - that's the fastest way to impress a reader -- which will encourage them to read more of your articles as well as visit your website for more information and, hopefully, to purchase your products or services.

2. Use keywords. When writing your articles you should keep the search engines in mind because you want your article to show up on relevant searches. This will increase your readership as well as show the reader that you know a lot about the subject searched. Be sure to sprinkle the popular keywords throughout your article (including your title). Just be sure that you follow the rules for appropriate keyword density so that you won't be flagged for keyword spamming.

3. Keep your articles short. Because of this busy world, the people that choose your article usually don't like to spend a lot of time in front of their computer screen. Make sure that you keep your articles short but full of clear, concise, current information with no fluff. You want to keep them interested so they will come back for more of your articles which will direct them to your website or sales page. Don't make your article too broad - focus on one subject and avoid lengthy introductions and please, no fillers just to get your word count up.

4. Make your articles scannable. People will read an article with small paragraphs. It's easier on their eyes than one long, dull paragraph. Most readers scan the title and the make-up of the article. The use of bullet points or numbered lists gives the reader a chance to also scan the sub-topics, usually in bold if possible. That's why 'How To' or 'Learn About' formats are very popular - because they are short and to the point.
